# Access your account

You can access your account from the [Real Items website](https://realitems.io/).

Click the **Account** button on the upper right corner of the page. The customer view will appear.

Enter the email you used when you subscribed to a plan, then click **Continue**.

A one time password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Enter the OTP and click **Login**.

If you are having trouble finding the OTP email, make sure to check your spam/junk mail.

Once logged in, you can manage things like your subscription, account information, and billing history.
