Access your account

You can access your account from the Real Items website.

Click the Account button on the upper right corner of the page. The customer view will appear.

Enter the email you used when you subscribed to a plan, then click Continue.

Not subscribed? Subscribe to a plan.

A one time password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Enter the OTP and click Login.

If you are having trouble finding the OTP email, make sure to check your spam/junk mail.

Once logged in, you can manage things like your subscription, account information, and billing history.
